It's spring's big news: we're offering you the chance to personalize your stay according to your tastes and desires, by choosing your activities à la carte. The "menu" we offer is both diversified and original, so as to satisfy all our guests:

- Outdoor physical activities to let off steam, accessible to beginners and the more experienced alike, such as horseback riding or electric bikes.
- Activities to relax and refocus, stimulating body and mind, such as yoga or guided hiking.
- Activities geared towards well-being, with a variety of massages and treatments offering specific benefits , but also towards self-knowledge, with the discovery of Ayurveda and astrology.

For your convenience, wellness activities take place at the mill: 

. Massages and beauty treatments take place either in your room or in the outdoor relaxation area, and yoga classes are held in the pavilion hall.
. Electrically-powered bike rides depart from the mill: simply put on the appropriate clothing before mounting your bike.
. For horseback riding, you'll need to go to our partner riding school: it's just a few minutes away, and you'll find all the safety equipment you need. But don't forget to bring appropriate footwear: boots are not supplied!
. There are several options for the hike: you can start from the mill, but other itineraries are also available.
