Honesty Bar: self-service cold drinks

Between two swims, at teatime or in the evening, the pool and its pavilion offer sweet moments of relaxation... and to make the most of them, what could be better than a cold drink? You don't need to make the slightest effort to get one: you'll find what you're looking for in the Honesty Bar. The concept is simple: simply choose your favorite drink and write down what you consume.

On the Honesty-Bar map :

  • Organic fruit juices from the orchards surrounding the Moulin de Salazar
  • La Délicate organic lemonade produced in Aussau (Basses Pyrénées, France)
  • Cola Le Fascinant (also produced in Aussau)
  • A variety of organic tonics from the Bordeaux brand Hysope (fizzy, very lightly sweetened drinks with subtle flavours: you'll love them!)

Cabinet de Curiosités and mini-boutique

In the Salle du Moulin, a Napoleon III bookcase restored by me now serves as a Cabinet de Curiosités and mini-boutique:
On the unusual side, you'll discover a video projector dating back to the 40s, an old slide projector, and old bouillon-cube boxes found at the Café Broc in Montcuq...
In the boutique, you'll find the flagship products of the Moulin's cuisine, as well as the wonderful scents that perfume your room... souvenirs to take home with you to extend your stay, or to please your loved ones:

  • A range of scents from Savonnerie Atelier Fulmina in Moissac: scented mists for spraying on bed linen, vacuum cleaner powder, melting agents for perfume burners and the Capilla diffuser, a magnificent object steeped in history, made from old bottles designed to preserve Chasselas grapes until the Christmas holidays... simply dip a rattan rod inside to gently diffuse your fragrance.
  • range Elsewhere (Montauban): find bath bombs and geodes in your bedroom bath set.
  • Confitures Bio des Côteauxhandcrafted in Durfort-Lacapalette
  • Honeys from La Felicita, a neighboring farm to Le Moulin: lemon ginger, Quercy lavender or sunflower honey... a selection of raw honeys for inimitable flavors, smells and tastes.
  • Teas and infusions from the Théona salon in Négrepelisse: green or black tea, rooibos and fruity infusions, not forgetting the incredible tea bombs, these spun sugar shells to be plunged into a transparent teapot: a guaranteed spectacle for a slow, delicate infusion!
  • Teas and wonderful infusions from Cafés Maléone, a veritable institution in the nearby tourist town of Montayral.
  • Le Quercy des îles *an artisanal aperitif made with Chasselas de Moissac grape juice, Rhum AOP from Martinique, a touch of Tahitian vanilla and a pinch of Espelette AOP chili pepper, produced in Montaigu-de-Quercy.

Throughout your stay, discover our selection of beverages on the refreshment and tea menus, as well as our wine list*: a selection of vintages suggested by Agen sommelier Dominique Trama.

*To take away, or served at our table d'hôtes only, while stocks last.
